Let’s suppose that we are working spontaneously, attentive with our work loads. We are framed with our lives so much that we aren’t affording our own self’s time. I know it’s hard-to-find couple of minutes.  But we can spare little moments by breaking your day to do your favourite activities.

Eventually you will feel good about your day that you had balanced your work-life by creating happy hours. Try this self-care routine and thank me later.
